Industrial Gases

oxygen

Oxygen

Oxygen is a chalcogen gas which, in combination with acetylene or propane, is used to cut metals.

n2

Nitrogen

Nitrogen Gas is mainly used for piping testing, for cooling as well as in stainless steel and aluminum laser cutting applications.

co2

Carbon dioxide

Carbon dioxide is used to make carbonated drinks and soda. Dioxide is also a non-flammable gas and is used under pressure in some fire extinguishers. Dry ice is also produced from CO2, which has various applications such as icing, freezing various products, various effects, cooking, etc.

air

Gas Mixture 92%AR-8%CO2

This particular gas mixture is recommended for use on cored wires, the relatively small percentage of CO2 in the mixture produces less spatter and surface rust. This reduces cleaning time after welding and thus improves project costs because less finishing time is required.

air

Gas Mixture 82%AR-18%CO2

The Gas Mixture 82%AR-18%CO2 has very good penetration in metals with a large thickness, the amount of CO2 helps the welding conditions when the surfaces are not clean, saving time for their cleaning. But it doesn't help if the welding result has to be smooth and clean because due to the high CO2 content it has "splattered" more and thus requires a higher finishing cost

air

Gas Mixture 98%AR-2%CO2

Gas Mixture 98% AR-2%CO2 is commonly used for welding stainless steel. This mixture is ideal for reducing production costs, because it helps us in smooth gluing and minimizes "splash" and therefore we have lower project finishing costs. This gas is used for thicknesses up to 6mm. it "splashes" more and thus requires a higher finishing cost.

air

Gas Mixture 90%AR-10%CO2

Gas Mixture 90%AR-10%CO2 is used to weld a wide range of alloys. This mixture is ideal in cases where a high quality finish and paint is required after welding.

argon

Argon gas 4.6- 4.8

Argon is used for MIG inert gas metal welding, and TIG tungsten welding in non-ferrous materials such as aluminum alloys, copper, titanium, etc. It is also used in welding carbon steels and low alloy steels. Argon is ideal for any type of arc ignition system.

acetylene

Acetylene gas

Acetyline is used in combination with Gaseous Oxygen to cut metals and is more efficient than propane. This is how we achieve greater production with lower labor costs.

Propane

Propane in combination with Oxygen Gas is used to cut metals with a torch. In addition, with the torch it is most suitable for preheating metals.

Butane

Butane serves heating and cooking purposes in homes but also in large facilities such as factories, hotels, etc.

he

Helium Gas - Balloon

Helium Gas is used to fill the balloons.

he

Helium Gas 4.6

It is ideal for laboratory applications and is used in the laser cutting beam.

air

Argon – Hydrogen Gas Mixture

Argon – Hydrogen gas mixtures are commonly used in stainless steel welding (304,316). Hydrogen removes oxygen from the weld area cleaning its surface and has the result of speeding up production. Depending on the application, we also choose which Argon-Hydrogen mixture we will use. The most common are the following:
Argon-Hydrogen Gas Mixture 95%-15%
Argon-Hydrogen Gas Mixture 95%-15%
Argon-Hydrogen Gas Mixture 95%-15%

argon

Gas Mixture Argon - Sun 70%-30%

This mixture is suitable for any stainless steel TIG welding. Helium increases the heat input to the solder bath making the solder more fluid and the material penetrates better. Also the production process is much faster and thus productivity increases
